The rooms, however, felt more like a YMCA hostel with uncomfortable beds and horrible carpet. The service had its ups and downs, with some confusion at check-in but friendly staff overall. Although the hotel's facilities were decent, the dirty carpet and uncomfortable beds were disappointing.
